Suitable for various materials: metal, plastic, ceramic, wood products, rubber, resin, acrylic, paper products, glass, etc. Anything suitable for UV printing is appropriate. Especially applicable for badges, toys, metal coins, and metal products that other vision systems struggle with.
Zero Distortion: The system uses a proprietary flat-field camera, unlike common spherical/aspherical lens optical imaging. It employs 1:1 magnification optical imaging technology to achieve completely zero distortion imaging, eliminating the need for cumbersome optical distortion correction, making installation and maintenance simple and quick.
Fast Scanning Speed: The maximum collection speed reaches 720mm/s, surpassing the carriage movement speed of most printers. The effective scanning width is 300mm, which is four times the width of a single scan compared to the ordinary telecentric lens system (75mm), thus quadrupling the efficiency.
Compact Installation: The camera, lens, and light source are integrated, saving space and simplifying adjustments. The overall weight is much lower than the standard telecentric lens system. The light source is 4mm above the surface of the object, slightly higher than the working distance of most print heads (2mm), with a very low center of gravity, not affecting the mechanical performance of the carriage; the camera width is 367mm, in line with the width of most carriages.
